• Unless otherwise noted, prices are not firm! Feel free to pitch us a price that will work for you, but please no low-balling. If you require a payment plan, we will gladly work with you on anything over $200.

• Trades will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Chances are we will not be accepting trades unless we're in the market for a specific animal, but it never hurts to ask!

• All payment plans will have an up-front percentage of the total price as a deposit, to be determined on a case by case basis. This deposit will guarantee a hold on the animal for a predetermined amount of time. This deposit will be non-refundable.

• Shipping is available to the lower 48 and will be done via priority overnight through Ship Your Reptiles. Shipping fees will apply, to be determined by weight of the animal and location of the buyer. We will be happy to provide you with a quote upon request! You are guaranteed to receive a tracking number upon shipping.

• In the event of a DoA, we must be notified within six hours of arrival. Photos of the animal must be provided as proof, and an unboxing video, while not required, would be ideal. You will receive a full refund upon proof of a DoA, or a replacement animal of similar value.

• All of our animals come with a health guarantee for up to two weeks, provided that proper care and setup requirements are met. Failure to provide proper care and/or husbandry renders this guarantee null and void. 

• Amazeballs Herps reserves the right to refuse a sale to any person at any point for any reason.
